The companies combined in 2006 to become Park Summit Capital focused on buyer/investor strategies in an ever changing emerging market.  He has been actively involved in Real Estate and the Financial arena for over 20 years. He has excelled as an insurance asset consultant, option and futures trader, real estate investor and business owner. He currently holds an MBA in e-Business. He also teaches and coaches select student in Foreclosures, Short Sales, Bankruptcy and REO purchases through creative leveraging techniques he uses in the current market.
